Real estate isn’t just a job for Jared Franklin—it’s a passion that started long before he became an agent. Growing up in Linton and attending WRV High School, Jared got his first real taste of the industry in high school through the Twin Rivers construction program. Building a home from the foundation up sparked his curiosity, and learning from experienced builders and business owners set the stage for his future in real estate.
With hands-on experience in construction, welding certifications in MIG and TIG from Waglers, and a year of Construction Technology studies at VU—including electrical work, framing, blueprint reading, and construction safety—Jared brings a deep understanding of what makes a house truly stand the test of time. His dream is to one day flip and renovate homes, but for now, he’s focused on helping others find the right home for their next chapter.
When he’s not working with clients, you can find Jared fishing, weightlifting, playing basketball, or cheering on IU basketball. His faith is also a big part of his life, and he enjoys being active in his church community.
